I'm an IT technician based in Anderson, SC, currently a Level 2 tech at Anderson School District 1, where I support everything from end-user devices to server infrastructure across multiple sites.
Experience
Day to day that's meant end-user support for laptops, printers, and smart boards; administering a Mitel VoIP system; troubleshooting and installing Avigilon and other camera systems; and running a Vivi digital signage deployment. At two school sites I took on more of a systems admin role — Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, content filtering, and Cisco networking.
